my stay was absolutely delightful . the hotel itself is tunning with beautiful pool views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful making me feel truly welcome specially CHAIMA and NAJWA . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience

I love everything, starting from the location, the facilities the staff, everyone was amazing and they was really patient we went to a family vacation and everything was perfect even the decorated room that I requested for my husbands birthday. to the receptionist Nassim a big thank you he was really helpful in everything, for sure I will recommend this hotel and will come back there.

The main reason for my high rating is the staff, mainly Aziz in reception! He exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond for us at all times! He was extremely friendly, kind, helpful and made sure to make our short stay as pleasant and fun as possibly trying to arrange all our activities in such a short space of time!
