As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome. We were there hours before check in, however the lovely hotel manager organised our room for us. The staff, food and facilities were all fantastic throughout our stay. When we checked out, the porter, Fouad, was a very memorable character. He talked with us about our holiday and even took pictures of us before we left. Thank you Fouad. And thanks to every other staff member for your professionalism and giving us a trip to remember.

What an enjoyable experience we had at this beautiful hotel. Our room was amazing and immaculate with great facilities. The staff couldn't do enough for us, they were very friendly, helpful and professional. We enjoyed the spa facilities and a treatment, which was such a pleasure. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
