As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome. We were there hours before check in, however the lovely hotel manager organised our room for us. The staff, food and facilities were all fantastic throughout our stay. When we checked out, the porter, Fouad, was a very memorable character. He talked with us about our holiday and even took pictures of us before we left. Thank you Fouad. And thanks to every other staff member for your professionalism and giving us a trip to remember.

He was extremely friendly, kind, helpful and made sure to make our short stay as pleasant and fun as possibly trying to arrange all our activities in such a short space of time!
